The charges are often unexplained and, if it is possible, more taxing than the big banks. Working through problems could be an issue as you will be on hold if you call and the internet response time is many days. Expect to get competitive rates on loans, but don't expect that money to be saved because you will pay it back with the time you spend trying to jump through Onpoint's hoops.
Pros: Rates. Local banking.
Cons: Location of branch. Phone service. Internet 'gliches.' Sometimes argumentative phone help. Hidden charges.
Price Range: $1 - $5
