Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Began our interaction nearly a year ago (summer 2006). Custom pool/landscape package in the 200k range. Advised to begin pool construction in the fall so get a jump on this summer's (2007) pool season.
Pool Works completed about 80% of the pool, as expected, last fall.
Unfortunately, this year we have experienced absolutely horrific service. Greg, seemingly the only employee able to discuss a custom pool, refused to return calls from me (homeowner) and our landscape architect.
No one from the company visited the pool construction site until the end of April. After which, no work was done for over a month; and then only one or two contractors completing bits and pieces of the job. They didn't apply the pool coping until the second week in June. This 2 hour job held up the concrete contractor for a month.
As it stands we have about half of our equipment, the track for the cover hasn't been placed & they pawned off installation of the pool slide to the landscape contractor. Today, June 22, 2007, as the days start getting shorter, we are not even close to having a functional pool. GREG doesn't answer his phone (gotta love caller ID) and ignores his voice-mail.
I would NOT RECOMMEND POOL WORKS under any circumstances.
