I had problems with my water clarity and The Pool Store was happy to sell me different chemicals every day that did not solve the problem. After about 7 visits (purchasing chemicals each time) They started to sell me the same chemicals they had sold me on prior visits.
One visit to a different pool store solved the water clarity problem, the prices were better, and the employees only wanted to sell me what was needed.
