I have lived in Missouri City for over 30 years and Pool Pro has always been very helpful and willing to assist in my pool problems. John has also recently helped me remodel my pool... GREAT JOB! I couldn't be more happy with the results. I stop by the store once a month to get my water tested and the guys always make sure my pool stays crystal clear!!! I am very happy with Pool Pro and would recommend them to anyone! keep up the good work Pool Pro!!

My husband and I are new to pool maintainence and have went through several companies doing everything to the pool to just minimal service. We have never been truely happy and have spent thousands. We walked into Pool Pro because they were in the neighborhood and we could not have been more pleased with the immediate service. It was late in the day and the counter person instead of rushing us out answered all our questions, gave helpful suggestions and did not make us feel like idiots.
We scheduled a person(Phil) to come out and give us an overview of our system and how to maintain it.
He was patient, attentive and complete in his tutorials. He did not find lots of items we just had to fix in order to make a sale as some pool services. He gave us effective ways to clean, maintain and items to be alert to in the future.
Our pool looks better than when we paid for weekly service from other companies and at a fraction of the charge. I would reccomend Pool Pro to all by friends and business contacts.

Worst Customer Service ever!!! We were charged for services that we did not receive. When we tried to resolve this situation with the owner, he was rude. He yelled at us on numerous occasions as we peacefully tried to explain that we were overcharged. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
