I never ever write something but Pookie & Sebastian needs to be recognized for its great windows, product, price, collections, quality and even customer service. I am a fashion editor @ Conde and my dad is a CEO for a large high-profile designer/retailer in NYC and we were talking "shop talk" at dinner over the weekend and said how POOKIE & SEBASTIAN HAS IT ALL TOGETHER!! LOOK, PRICE, and QUALITY ALL the BEST!! We know this industry "inside-out" from Bergdorf to the Forever 21's Pookie has created the best mix in retailing! Everytime I wear my clothes from Pookie and get soooooo many great comments! All my co-workers get them too (and they know clothing too)! I just wore an outfit from Pookie @ one of the fashion shows in Paris and EVERYONE and MEAN everyone came up to me asking wear I got this outfit. I was covered from head to toe in Pookie including their jewelry. Hey, I got a comment from Karl. So, I JUST want to write this so PEOPLE know how great Pookie & Sebastian is from someone that has been in the fashion world for over 10 plus years! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Love!!! Love!!! Love!!! Pookie & Sebastian! This place is such amazing place to shop!! I have been shopping for over 5 years in NYC at all of there locations! They have it all together! Great quality merchandise @ affordable prices! EVERYTIME I wear something I always always always get complements!!! I cant say enough great things about pookie! GREAT style, prices, customer service, and energy!!!! If anyone ever says anything negative about them its because they didnt get there way! THUMBS UP for Pookie! ALL my friends, family, and relatives (from all over the states & world) love this place too!!

I have never ever done anything like this before, but I am truly bothered by what happened to me the other day. I went to Pookie & Sebastian and bought a dress. There were two labels in the dress, a Pookie & Sebastian pink label and a blue label with the dress materials listed. About 15 minutes later, I went to another store, and saw the IDENTICAL dress for a lot less money with two labels on it, one was a blue label with the brand name on it and the other was the same blue label found in the Pookie & Sebastian dress listing the materials!

I called Pookie & Sebastian and told them what I saw, namely the same dress with a different label which made it clear what they had done. I spoke to the manager and told him that I was upset by this and that I wanted my money back (they have a store credit only policy). The manager screamed at me on the phone that I was wrongly accusing them and that no matter how much I demanded, I would not get my money back and that I should never return to his store again and then he hung up on me. Needless to say he was extremely defensive and rude...

For me, the difference in the amount of money is not worth the aggravation or time of going back to the store to deal with this manager. However, I figured that it would not be too much of an effort to put the word out about what happened to me so that I can save you money and the awful experience of ever having to shop at Pookie & Sebastian again.

So do yourself a favor, do not shop at Pookie & Sebastian. You can buy the EXACT same clothes at other stores, for less money and you will not have to deal with the awful manager who I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with. This issue could have easily been resolved by him, yet he chose to embarrass himself by screaming at me and telling me not to come back to his store. Well, I can guarantee that I will not go back to his store and I hope that after reading this, you and your friends will not go there either.

Wow! What an incredible store!!!!! Several years ago I brought a pair of Blue Cult Jeans and have gotten several compliments ever since. This past weekend when I was in the city I brought a pair of Seven's and a cute tank top. The staff who work there are VERY HELPFUL and it's like shopping with your best friend. They know style, fashion and what looks good for your body type. I felt no pressure what-so-ever to buy anything and the person who helped me told me the truth on certain outfits I tried on. You might be able to go to another store but you will definitely NOT receive the same service you get at Pookie & Sebastian. If your looking for fashion, style and incredible service, I would highly recommend this boutique!!!
