I wasted four months with Dr. Pollack and his staff. They were unprofessional and frustrating. they canceled a scheduled surgery three days before because they could not figure out the insurance and still couldn't four weeks later. It was a lucky break for me I now realize as I got the issue taken care of within a week with the competent doctor I went to after Dr. Pollack.

I saw Dr.Pollak today and I dont know if I've ever met a more patient and polite doctor. I was refered to him by a couple of people and they have nothing but great things to say about their results. Dr. Pollaks treats his patients to the highest degree. thanks doctor

My child needed his tonsils taken out. Dr. Pollak's bedside manner was exceptional.
I felt that my child would be very well taken care of under his kind and watchful manners.
He explained the procedure entirely and gave me ample time to answer all my questions.
I felt very reassured and comfortable with him as did my son. The surgery went very well.

I went to see Dr. Pollak after he was highly referred to me by one of my friends at work.
I called him after hours for a problem with my sinuses. He was very nice to me on the phone and was able to see my right away the next morning HIs staff was friendly and very professional.
I only waitied 15 min before I got to see him. I found him to be very compassionate and understanding.
He knew right away what my problem was and gave me the right medication. I felt better almost immediately. He called me a couple of days later to see how I was feeling. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs a ENT doctor.
