not impressed
I recently purchased a gift certificate from restaurant.com for this lounge. After we presented the gift certicate, the manager came over and told us that he wouldn't accept the certificate due to recent change in mangement. According to california law, businesses are obligated to honor their gift certicates under the same ownership. The manager made no alternative offer and replied that he has no problem with us going to the consumer affair. Before all this, I was pretty excited to try out this asian fusion lounge and after this incident, I am disappointed and outraged at their unprofessional business attitude.
