They do not return phone calls if you have an issue with some work they performed. THey make up excuses to why it is not their responsibility to fix the issue. The directors will not return calls. They overcharge you...the techs waste time at your home and inflate the hours worked, resulting in overcharges. Office personnel are useless. DO NOT USE THEM...
