I first called Pointon Heating on a cold, cold Friday night when my furnace failed and the company I had been using told me to call back on Monday! Pointon had a person at my house within 1/2 hour and the furnace was fixed in less than 1 hour. These people are great! Prices are fair and service is above & beyond!
