The board of directors are self serving and manipulative. I have coveted prime location spaces for parking and storage in which I waited on a list for years and have had use of for 15 years. The board wanted to expand parking for the office and told me when I left temorarily that I had to give them back to the office to give to the next person on the list, even if I was leaving temporarily(6 MONTHS). Priorly, I had signed a contract with my tenent that she could use the spaces in my abscense and had never recieved any notices of any changes to the rules of the board. I have given these spaces to tenents before. I have been an owner and resident here at the PLTC for years. I have only rented the unit for temporarily use. i asked for use of these storage and parking . Answer NO. when I return I plan on living there forever. I am permanently disabled and need storage close to the elevator. The board will not accomodate my requests to continue my storage sense I am not resident anymore. I have been gone since Jan 1st. My fear is that they will not be able to accomodate me in the future due to lack of available storage rentals by the elevator in which I need. I have disabilities that limit the use of the storage above shoulder level. I asked them to continue to let me use the storage because I am returning soon. They say no. They stand behind attorneys and wont flex even if it is the law for them to accomodate me and bend the rules for my needs. They are impossible. I would recomm. the PLTC if you want to live in a Tyranny..... The facilities are nice except for the Jet noises. There are other residents who have not had their spaces taken away even though they are just renters because they haven't moved yet.

i give the tennis club a score of recommended, even though i only saw it from outside the fence. there is a really large pool and a jacuzzi. i saw four hard surface tennis courts. there was a large, two story building, so i can only imagine what is inside.
