Sorry guys but I disagree 100%
its the best service I have ever received from a bank and I have never went that low on my bank account it is not pnc banks fault if you can not manage your own funds. It is also in their service agreement that there will be an overdraft fee if you take money out that you dont have. But besides all of this it is the best place to go to for credit,savings or checking. I highly recommend this one especially GREAT customer service.

I completely agree. Overdraft fees are outrageous, as are the ATM fees. Steer clear. There are much better banks in town. Customer service is very rude, unwilling to listen, and will never admit if/when they make a mistake. I took my business elsewhere.
