I originally took my dog to see Dr. Wright because I was displeased with the way other vets in the area treated my dog. I moved to Downey from Ohio and had a very hard time finding a vet remotely comparable to the vet clinic I went to back East. It's a little childish but I like it when a vet seems to love my animal as much as I do. My dog was losing a lot of hair on her underside and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. Dr. Wright took a skin sample and thoroughly examined her, asking me a lot of questions about her diet and regular routines. He concluded that she probably had allergies and gave me some dog allergy medicine. I had a lot of questions and he had no problem answering all of them and in as much detail as I needed. I had a follow-up appointment a couple of weeks later and sure enough, my dogs hair was growing back! I am very thankful for his expertise and his gentle and caring manner with my dog. I would definitely recommend him as a vet to take care of your family pet.
