The guys at Play It Again Sports in Santa Rosa are great. My wife and I purchased an elliptical machine there approximately 9 months ago. A piece broke off of the machine, and they fixed it for me free of charge. The agreed upon time for a complaint about the equipment was only 90 days. The equipment is back at my house good as new. I would go out of my way to patron this business. They went out of their way to take care of me.‎

Was looking for a Bowflex Treadclimber and went to my local Play It Again Sports in Pleasanton. Though the salesman was very helpful, they did not have what I was looking for. He directed me to the store in Santa Rosa. I called and the salesman there told me the did indeed have a Treadclimber. The price was perfect but it was all the way in Santa Rosa. I was assured that if I purchased it, they would transfer it (no charge) to my local store. And to make the decision easier, I could return the machine up to a month from when I picked it up for any reason. Seemed like a no lose situtation, so I purchased the machine. Only took 5 days to get it up the Pleasanton store. Was exactly as described, worked perfectly and was less then what I expected to pay. It's refreshing to know there are still businesses out there that are willing to go out of their way to truely get their customers what they want. I can't count how many times I have been in a store and wanted to buy something ...

I have had friends shop at this store for years and have told me how these guys stand by their customers and bend over backward if they need to. i was looking for an elliptical for my daughter, and was pleased with their 30 day cash back trial and low price guarantee. i bought the machine and gave it to my daughter. 2 months later, she hurt her knee and was told by her doctor, that she should use a bike instead. unfortunately i had lost the receipt and was over the 30 day trial. the owner made my predicament an easy one to overcome. he said, no problem, and not only let us exchage it for an exercise bike, he price matched amazon.com and gave us money back!!!! these guys are special and i will be a customer for life.‎

i love supporting small businesses but understand that even though they offer the great service, you might not get the selection of a bigger store. this was NOT the case at this amazing retailer. play it again sports showed me some of the best retail service i have ever experienced and they have a store loaded to the gills with top of the line, new and used fitness equipment as well as other sports. i purchased an elliptical trainer from the owner (a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man and even though the manufacturer only offers a 2 year warranty, he printed up a service contract for 4 years for FREE! i believe that this kind of customer support is rare, and i will be recommending them to everyone‎

For use golf equipment. You must check these guy's out. Two week trial and a full refund if it dose not work for you,what more could you ask for. I love this place.
