THIS GUY IS GREAT.He make sure your computer is in top condition before he gives it back,He lets you know before hand if you need to replace anything,he is a microsoft certified specialist and knows what hes doing.Usually you can get your computer back that day unless it is a big problem.Rates are fantastic and he does not charge to diagnose.He also builds new computers.I will never go anywhere else.Hope others will share their experiences.It is so good to find someone who doesnt want to rip you off
