I went here after seeing an ad and thought, why not? I'd been to plenty of electrologysts and had varying results. I got a VERY thorough and knowledgable consultation, complete with hand drawn diagrams on hair growth. She even tried removing a few hairs to show me the pain was far less than what I was used to, from the ancient clunky machines a lot of the other electrologysts I had been to still use. When I went for my appointment, she spent time to make sure my face was clean before starting. She even went a bit over the time and didn't charge more. The aftercare was nothing like I was used to. She added creams with gauze and closed my pores with some mechanical roller. I have to say, by the time she was done, a lot of the redness was gone. I must warn though, being no stranger to this process, it does take commitment. You have to come regularly to clear an area and make sure the hair stays away. So far I have had good results with my chin and am moving on to other areas.

I love this place. I've had a lot of Electrolysis done in my day and this place is by far the best. It's so clean, friendly and relaxing. She knows what she's talking about and that puts me at ease. No run of the mill stuff here. If she has to go a minute over to get those two big hairs you just can't live with she will! I feel really taken care of when I'm here. The aftercare is great and goes above and beyond what I've experienced in the past... not to mention the equipment --it rocks!!! I finally got the nerve up to try my upper lip which was totally off limits in the past.

Katarina is a very meticulous electrologist. Her machine is the state-of-the-art technology that is very gentle on my skin as well as the most comfortable electrology I have experienced. She uses the most sterile procedures and is very detail oriented and accurate with her insertions. She has a wonderful touch and is a genuinely pleasant and honest professional.
