I went to Plant Depot today but took my husband truck, my coupons were in my car. I loaded up with plants and plant food and asked if they would honor the coupon that they have on their web site and that they have in the flyers that are mailed to me. I was told no but if I brought back the coupon within 24 hours they would refund the money. I have bought thousands of dollars of plants, iron works, gifts, seeds, trees etc. They know my face, I've gonen there since they opened. Sorry this is not good customer care. I bought 1 plant but I'm not going back. I don't need rude people in my life and I realized I kinda just put up with it through the years, no more.

Rude, mean, manager no communication skills. Does not know how to deal with customers. By denying a discount promised by a landscaper to me, she implied that I was lying trying to take advantage of their contractor discount. She lost out on several hundred dollars for her lack of finesse. I wonder how the owner feel about that?
