I come from Dallas, a city of millions with multiple locations, that accept and fit in walk-ins during most days. However, I was surprised to learn I had to make an appointment, in some cases for more urgent care, when I did not have a doctor. I found calling the 800 number can get you a sooner date. The building is nice and quiet. However, it takes an hour or sometimes longer to see a doctor. Expect to be at the clinic during your visit for approximately 2-3 hours, which can be annoying. Everyone is friendly for the most part, except for some of the girls that come in. I also don't like to hear staff giggling about their personal lives behind their desks loud enough for me to hear in the lobby. There is a clinic escort in the morning if you need it, which is helpful to the few protesters, which feels awkward when you are there for non-abortion procedures.
