I can't say that the experience was absolutely wonderful, but it wasn't terrible. The downside was the wait, we were there for about 5 hours. Maybe that was because of all the people there, I don't know. But I did purchase a vehicle. This was the 4th dealership I had been to, so I was skeptical, but those guys did make it happen. Now I'm riding around in my brand new XL7! Highly recommended, but don't plan on spending less than 3 hours there!
