Worth a Look
My husband and I went in there to get some gerbils. Everywhere else we went either didn't carry them or were sold out. The staff wasn't very helpful until we were ready to buy and we got a mixed sexed pair, so yay for babies. However, they are willing to take the little ones off our hands as long as mom and dad keep mating. Great prices as well. If your going to rate the business, rate the quality of the animals and service, not the leave a bad review over a vague grudge against the owner.

Planet Pet in Erlanger is an amazing store. The staff is so helpful and cares about your animals needs and health. The store manager also takes the time to show all the families around getting each animal out and teaching something interesting about them. It is like going to the zoo!
The entire staff is very knowledgable on all products and your needs.
they greet you when you enter the store and then check on you while you are doing you shopping/browsing. They do an amazing job considering they were/are under staffed
