One word-awesome! Jeffrey was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with us while we picked the right color, equipment, etc. (vehicle was gift for my wife), Jax was great at explaining additional options, Mike Romero was great with financing. Outstanding job! To be honest, we visited another Ford dealer in the area the day before and were iffy about purchasing a Ford at all. Planet Ford’s holistic approach (everything is great) changed out mind. And we are both definitely happy with the trick. Too bad you don’t have a Porsche Cayenne type of vehicle in your stable- I would definitely be back to Planet Ford for my next purchase as well.
