I love Pizza Hut for their wings, pasta and stuffed crust pizza. A while back I ordered pizza, wings and the cinnamon dessert and it was all cold. I called the location back and they offered us credit towards our next purchase so my family and I were okay with that. I called a month or so later trying to use the credit and order some food and they had no record of ever giving us credit and recommended us another location, but we always choose delivery and this location is the only location that delivers to my house. Then yesterday I decided to give them another chance and ordered food and again, cold and wings were dry. Terrible place. NEVER ordering from again. I'm now going to Papa Johns for future orders.‎

Well, we ordered our pizza to go this time and Pizza Hut goofed up the order again and gave us the wrong crust for our pizza. We will never order food from this place again. No, we have never asked for a refund.

Today is 7/14/2009. I order a pizza at 10:05pm tonight, I was told that it would take 45 mins to get here. After 50 mins I called back...I was hung up on 5 times, then I called back a 6th time some guy answered refusing to tell me his name. He told me that my pizza was on it's way and hung up! I can't believe the nerve of this creep! After 15 more mins of waiting I called back again, and got this message saying that they are closed but if I hold someone will be right with me. I held the phone, and someone pick up and hung up again. The thing that's reaslly pissing me of is the fact that I ordered the pizza at 10:05pm tonight, and it's 11:43pm the same night, and I still have no pizza, but the CHARGE HAS BEEN CHARGED TO MY DEBIT CARD!!!!!

Wow there are quite a few residents of Tomball who are looking for free food. Pizza Hut like any restarant is not a food bank or food pantry. If you want free food you need to go to a charitable organization and not try to screw an honest business out of it. Quit running scams there are starving people in the world .

First of all, whoever took my order was really rude. I ordered a pizza over the phone which she kept telling me they were out of. First, out of pizza mia's than out of stuffed crust. WOW! i don't understand. Good thing pizza came on time. Also I ordered a sprite and she did not tell me they were bringing me a sierra mist there is a big difference between the two..
