Details are foggy, but I remember dissatisfaction the first time I ordered from this store, but marked it up to a "one-off" and gave them another shot, oops. . .No suprise when I saw the other reviews. We placed our order on-line for 1 pizza and a lasagna. The website indicated about an hour delivery. About 10-15 minutes later we got a call, which I missed and called back. They put me on-hold for more than five minutes before I hung up. I called back again and was transferred to 3 different people before they could figure out why they had called me. Finally I was told that they are out of all pasta. No problem changed the order to another pizza. One hour and forty-five minutes after that the driver arrives (they are less than one mile from my house). The pizza is cold, the "crispy thin crust" is like a soggy dish-rag. To top-it-off they still got the order wrong (they couldn't have taken it down incorrectly, it was posted on-line). Pizza hut is my favorite delivery but I will never order from this store again. I'm easy to please, P.H. makes good food, all I want is a hot fresh dinner as I order, even long delivery is fine if it is fresh. I guess I will have to drive to get P.H. next time I want it.
