Avoid this place at all cost
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a sliced beef sandwich. Not only where the employees horsing around but when I opened it, it looked like they had just threw it in a box and shook it. I knew I should of stuck with pappas or even rudys. Two thumbs down and a very unhappy customer who will never return.

Best for Miles!!!!‎
This restaurant is very good for BBQ. Not only is their beef and pork cooked with skill, but they are consistent. So many places are hit and miss depending on the day and the time of day, but Pit Master is pretty much always the same quality. I cannot say the same about Pappas or Luthers or Drexlers or even Thelma's. (Going's used to be pretty consistent, but their brisket has been not my style lately.) Pit Master's sauce is worthy too. Usually, good bbq doesn't need sauce, but you can't waste it and just throw it away. The seasoned crinkle fries are a nice touch. I have had good service there all the times I go.‎

My second trip to PitMaster
I'm a native Texan who loves his BBQ. My family said that this is the best BBQ they have ever eaten, and I agree. I think that the person who asked for their Turkey chopped must be from Turkey, or is a turkey. I would have thrown the SOB ...

The owner called my Mother a crazy B****‎
My mom went through the drive-thru and handed the lady a $20 bill that she JUST GOT from the ATM. The lady gave her the wrong change back, apparently she thought she handed her a $10 bill. The funny thing is, even if she did give her a $10 bill - SHE GAVE HER THE WRONG AMOUNT OF CHANGE! Now, it's not about the money for my Mother, it was about the principal and she hates thieves. My Mother asked for upper management and the old greasy man comes out and is not helpful at all. Heck, he probably put the lady up to it so he could make more money. My Mother finally gave up and as she was leaving, the old man (the owner) called her a crazy B****. I'm telling you, if I was there.. Oh man, ohhhhhh man. Anyhow, don't support this sorry excuse for a restaraunt. Please don't go here, they are thieves.‎
