We were thinking about moving into these apartments but considering how rude the management/leasing agents were, we changed our minds. My spouse and I went twice to tour the apartments and the large, older gentleman was very snooty and rude. Because we are young, he was alluding to the apartments being overpriced for us (perhaps he thought we were college students still). Anyhow, he was rude, and the redhead older lady was also rather unprofessional. She did not even greet us when we walked in. We tried to be nice and smiled, and she just gave us a dirty look and stuck her nose up in the air. The community itself is nice, and the grounds look clean, but because my experience with the management was bad on 2 occasions, so we decided not to live here.‎

This apartment complex is pretty affordable, so it gets alot of people, but some are undesirable, and the management does nothing to remove them. When you look on megan's list there is a prediator/offender living here. ...

Pinecreek is such a GREAT DEAL! Certain amenities are inclusive of the already very affordable rent - which was also given to us at a discounted rate upon move-in. I live here with 2 other girls in a 2 bedroom. The dual master is very spacious with plenty of closet space. Parking is great, all 3 of us received a parking sticker, and we got 2 additional guest parking passes. The complex also offers free tennis lessons, fitness sessions, and monthly social events - sometimes with free alcohol! The staff is really great. The leasing office/community center has a lovely lounge area, tv room, gym, kitchen with free coffee and tea! There are also 2 pools, tennis courts, and a mini golf thing (I'm not a golfer, but it's cool!). A creek also flows throughout the complex, some parts look really nice and relaxing, other parts not so much. This place is also in a GREAT location!
