Pine@Sixth Are Very Nice Apartments In Long Beach, CA.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO CARE FOR THE TENANTS. I LIVED HERE FOR THE PAST YEAR AND HAVE COUNTLESS PROBLEMS FROM NOISE, TO FLAT TIRES, TO SOME OF MY LIVING SPACE TAKEN FROM ME DURING MY STAY. NO CONCESIONS HAS EVER BEEN ISSUED FOR THESE EVENTS. AS A TENANT I AM ENTITLED TO PEACE A TRANQUILITY YET THE MANAGEMENT JUST KEEPS COMING UP WITH EXCUSES. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AT.

Ditto on the previous complaint: You get the exhaust smell from 6th street, the apartments are overpriced, you don't get much for your money and the area isn't all that great.
