Where to start......... My wife and I are not new to Pilates, we've been trained by many different trainers. As a result we have a broad range of experience with different styles and instruction types. Without question Energy Within stands heads above everyone else. Rachel at Energy Within is a true professional who strives to understand the individual needs of each and every one of her clients. She has helped me recover from knee surgery as well as solved several ailments both my wife and I had in our back, legs and carpal tunnel. Never do we get put through a "standard routine" without any consideration to what's happening in our bodies that day. Whether it be working around a sore spot or building up a troubled area, Rachel will identify with what you need and make it happen. she's just incredibly sensitive and in tune with her clients, which makes a world of difference in the quality of her service. The results that I have received from training with Rachel on a regular basis are out of this world. My body awareness, strength and appearance have all benefited from my time at Energy Within.

In addition to her skill and knowledge as a Pilates instructor, which by the way are second to none, she's a great person. Rachel likes to say she has great clients, I believe that Rachel is a great person and as such she attracts like people.
