Provided excellent service, on time and did an excellent job of tuning our piano. First time tuning took about 2 hours because it was never professionally tuned for 2 years. But once kids started playing, we decided to have it done. The follow up tuning was 6 months later. Now, we do it every 6 months. Highly recommended this service
