My car was hit by a fallen tree branch, the insurance company paid for 30 days of rental. Pies held my car for 2 weeks without even touching it, all along saying it will be just a couple of days knowing full well my car wasn't even on the repair schedule yet. As it was it took them 2 months and over 8K dollars later to repair our 2006 Quest. They would'nt pay for the extra rental days( 30) nor would they commit to a time frame.
Now that I have my car back I am having so many problems, the door is off center, the glove box is hanging off,etc...Poor, Poor, Poor service...
Pros : We used them in the past however, the quality has gone way down hill. NO PROS..
Cons : $$$$$, in MD your insurance company can't pick a body shop for you, just don't pick PIES....
