At Piedmont Occupational and Urgent Care, our goal is to provide you with access to urgent care for the treatment of injuries and illnesses. We are located in Reidsville NC near the Pennrose Mall, at 217A Turner Drive.

We are happy to perform physical exams for DOT, work, sports, school, camp, day care, Head Start, foster care, or adoption. We also offer a full line of occupational medicine services. Our facility has on-site x-ray, EKG, and rapid lab tests. We perform a variety of procedures including the "stitching" of wounds, burn care, certain cortisone injections, "lancing" of boils or abscesses, foreign body removal from skin or eye, ear wax removal, skin biopsies, wart treatment and ingrown toenail care.

Our physician is Dr. Joe Guarino, has twenty years of practice experience. He is board-certified in occupational medicine, and sees patients of all ages for minor injuries and illnesses.
