HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
I contacted Peace of Cake over a month ago about my wedding cake. First I left a voicemail. Then I followed up the next day and spoke to someone who answered the phone. They told me that Kirsten was out with deliveries but would get back to me. Two more days past - no return calls on either message so I call again. The same lady answers the phone and says that Kirsten just stepped away to call back in 15 minutes. I said to her in a friendly tone that I had been trying to get ahold of her and she has yet to return my calls, would she in fact be back at that time. She immediately got nasty with me and said, Well its the holidays, we are busy.
Well excuse me, I do realize that - but NO ONE there has 5 minutes to spare to call me back and say, Hey we are busy so it may take a while to get back with you. Over a month has passed and three phone messages have yet to be returned. If they cant bother to return a phone call, how can I expect them to deliver my wedding cake on my wedding day?
I'll continue telling all of my friends who are getting married to NOT waste their time with them. I want no dealings with a bakery that has zero respect for their customers.
