I stayed here for a two week stay with a group of about 20 co-workers. This location has horrible accomodations. Even the most basic of accomodations are not included with your stay here. Internet is not provided. It is not provided in your room, in your communal area, office area, or anywhere without paying $15/day and $45/week. Even your local Starbucks and McDonalds will offer complimentary internet. Motels, and most of the other surrounding hotels will offer internet as well. Cutting a deal was almost impossible even as a group. The location is good if you need something close to the airport, but you will definitely need a car if you do not want to be stuck at the hotel paying for over priced food. A simple sandwich will cost you around $15. Want to refridgerate your food? You need to pay for that as well. Want to heat your food? Sorry, no microwave. A coworker needed to print a 20 page document and ended up spending $25. The location is okay, the hotel is clean. There are better ...

I had to go to pheonix on business for a week and decided to stay here because I have always had good experiences with marriott in the past. When i got to the counter the lady that was checking me into my room made a mistake and checked me into two rooms and said she would take care of it. Well come to find out, this wasn't taken care of and i was charged an extra $1000 on my bill. I called their manager a few days later and after about 3 hours she figured out i couldn't have stayed in two rooms and was supposed to refund my money. well It has been over a month and I am still fighting with them to get my money back, even though they verified the room was not in use, because it was being cleaned that week. I have never had this happen to me at any other marriott before and this is absurd. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms (and beds) are great. I will not persuade anyone from going here but please make sure you check your bill. I for one will not stay here again unfortunatly.‎
