Clean, Curteous, Competent, Caring
Dear Steve, Joel, and Mitchell: Thank you for the extraordinary cleanliness, courtesy, competency, and caring (the 4-C's if you will) of your shop and staff during the recent service on my 2004 Jetta TDI. I am especially appreciative of your willingness to work with the peculiarities of my Jetta (special oil, filters, etc.) and invite me to inspect the vehicle while Mitchell was working on it. This, for me, shows a willingness for the customer to be truly informed about what is happening with his/her car; somewhat of a rarity in my experiences with auto repair shops. Doing well with the 4-C's takes more than just effort but a commitment and attitude for creating and sustaining value to customers. May all who wisely chose Phillips Auto Care for their car needs come to appreciate this as much as I have.
