Dr. Phelps has excellent bedside manner and a wealth of experience. She has treated me for everything from acne to precancerous mole removals. Her skill in surgery rivals that of a plastic surgeon, so that it leaves little scarring. She is both thorough and efficient--had to wait no time at all for my appointment. She also returns phone calls promptly and seems to care a great deal about her patients. After seeing a number of dermatologists throughout my life, I can honestly and knowledgeably say that Dr. Phelps is the best in the greater L.A. area.
