Our relocation company provided us with a list of appraisers of which Kevan was one. Not knowing any of the suggested appraisers we picked Kevan and one other. Now that the appraisal is complete I understand why he is on the relo company's preferred list. In my humble opinion the evaluation he provided was very low, thus keeping his name on the relocation company's preferred list.
