I made an appt and when I showed up I was told that I had come at the wrong time. I wrote the appt time in my daytimer when I made it. Instead of being helpful or offering to rebook they were very insulting. They told my groomer that her 8am appt was here at 11am. She just said "well, it's 11am" and dismissed me. They were all just looking at me like "so what" and didn't care that I simply walked out. I will never go back there and if anyone ever asks me where to get their dog groomed I will tell them to avoid this store.
