I go to Petsmart more often the Petco because this particular location is near my job. I can get all the products for my pet's needs here. Their staff is both friendly and knowledgable.

Petsmart is my families favorite of all the pet retail stores. The prices can not be beat! They are below the other competitive stores. We have adopted a few animals from the shelter they have within the store. The shelter is not affiliated with Petsmart however they carefully do background checks on those adopting their pets out. There is also a vet and grooming place in the store as well. This location has ample parking and isn't usually very crowded. You are allowed to bring in your pets which is always a treat for them.

Petsmart has two meanings. Pets mart, which is true because they have stuff for just about every kind of pet you might have at home. And Pet Smart, because this is truely a smart place to shop at. They are like the Walmart of the pet stores with low prices and great selection. They also have an assortment of pets you can buy and sometimes have specials on bundles of pets and supplies.
