Petsmarts might be everywhere but the are extremely overpriced!!! I found the same items online for 1/2 the price and even after shipping I found more of a variety online. The employees, I feel, do not know a lot about the products which really does not help a first time pet owner. I do feel they should atleast have minimal information when it comes to the products they are selling.

most cashiers and managers are great, some clerks a little slow to clean up poop or peep from floors.Cat ladies definitely need manner or interacting classes with humans.
