My husband got me a westie for christmas last year, we named him peyton. about six months later he needed a haircut well i was very attatched and hadnt really let him out of my site since i got him. A friend had told me pet smart prices were pretty resonable so i went. Dana greeted me in the grooming salon and let me know she would take very good care of my peyton. she was super friendly and i honestly trusted her with him. Dana told me she would call me when he was done and then i left. about 3 hours later she called me personally not some random worker and let me know that he did wonderful and he was ready to come home. It was so nice of her to take the time to call me herself i was astonished! When i arrived i think she was just excited for me to see him as i was! He looked wonderful she did such a great job! I have been back to her about 3 times since peytons first visit and will NEVER go anywhere else!

This is a very nice store with a nice layout. They offer wonderful promotions and have animals that you can adopt as well as buy. There are plenty of items to choose from and the store is well-stocked and clean. The staff seems to really enjoy what they do. They are friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and they do have good sales. It's easy to find what you are looking for and it is a lot of fun to go thru the aisles.
