Fish share the same water, hence sharing illnesses and dirty water. Fish die when brought home, and we have over 40 years experience in this area. So if like dead fish go there, it only takes one time. Workers, mostly teenage workers are uninformed and can't answer your questions. Limited on their product selection for fish. Very inpersonal store, and leave you standing there even though they see you.

This place is okay. I don't like that they are pricey. I do not recommend to buy food there because of prices but other than that they are great. The staff is very friendly. I don't like that the lines are usually long and that the store is big and sometimes hard to find things in.

PetSmart is a wonderful place that my children love to go and visit. They have dogs there, cats, and fish. We buy our fish from there and have great outcomes with them. We always get fast friendly service and we visit with all the animals before we go. Its just a fun experience for the whole family to enjoy!

I love Petsmart. Got my first dog crate there and the staff there was very helpful in helping me decide which one to get. However, the only complaint I have with them is that they tend to be quite pricey. Some of the things they have, I have saw at dept. stores for half the cost. Otherwise, Petsmart is great!
PROS: Being able to find what I need for my pet.

They have huge variety of pet supplies here. High quality and competitive prices. They are open long hours and have friendly people working. It is hard sometimes getting the attention of someone working for them to assist you. as with any pet store they do have occasional pet dropping but they do tend to clean it up fast. The lines can get a bit long so make sure u have plenty of time and arent in a rush when shopping here
