I complained on the phone last month about my 3 experiences I have had in 3 different PetSmart stores. The customer service rep said the stores would repsond to my compliant within 7 business days or so. So I have never heard from them again. Not even one apology. I would like my email to be forwarded to the district manager. The worst cashier was the one next to the Houston Community College on I-10 (katy freeway) The cashier was so rude and didn't even put my stuff in a bag. I had to ask her to put it in a bag for me. She never said thank you but just stared down at me the entire time as if she were superior. I get ignored, the service is slow, and this employee has a BAD attitude and they act like you are annoying them when you get in line. PetSmart needs to train their employees to make the customers feel welcome. I HATE PETSMART and from now on, will only do business with other stores. In all three stores the employees are SO UNFRIENDLY and rude!
