VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, IM VERY SPECIFIC WITH MY DOGS HAIR CUT AND THEY ECXEED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THE SERVICE I EXPECT. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME ( ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE GRUMPY DOGS WHO DONT LIKE THEIR FACES TO BE TOUCHED ) LOL

My dog used to come home all "clingy" and didn't eat well the first couple days; until I started taking her to the Petsmart's "Pet Hotel". Now, she comes home happy and in good spirits. I can tell that she's been well taken care of while we're gone. The staff is young and LOVES to play with my Golden. You can tell that they all love animals there. The great thing, too is that there's only a $10 "exit bath" so she comes home clean and fresh, without that "kennel smell". L.M., Fresno, CA.

This doggie day-care is superior to any other in Fresno. I can tell when my Golden comes home happy and is eating well -and not clingy that she had a good time and was well taken care of.
The staff is all young and must be hand-picked, for they are all smiling, helpful and friendly every single time we go there. They all LOVE animals and truly love to play with the dogs. It is a relief to know that my dog is happy and well cared for when she's away from me!!!! -LM, Fresno, CA

We have taken our dog there to get groomed twice, both times they have been very caring and have done an awesome job!

The first time I visited Petsmart I was looking for a scratching post for my cat. Was I surprised. They had simple ones and elaborate ones with a variety of fabric. Plus, while I was there I got to look at all the fish in the aquarium. So much fun.
