The whole store has a pretty good selection, but they were usually always out of the smallest sized feeder fish. The staff is pretty friendly and knows enough to get by. the only thing is that the grooming department is horrible. They give all the dogs the same cut (shaved down), they don't know about the different breeeds and the grooming needs of each breed. They should use a book if they don't know, instead of saying that your dog needs to be shaved., they also don't ask for vaccination records. I took my dog elsewhere and they knew what comb to use and how to brush our dog.

Asked for 12 big crickets, got exectly 12 and small. They are all died on the second day. My geckos was very unhappy and hungry. Worst customer service and cripiest clerks.

Petsmart has everything you need when you get a puppy including the vet! I took my pup to Banfield when she vomited and it was the only place I knew that had a vet. I think Banfield was good for my puppy as it included the spay as well. But after you dog is one year old, it's probably better to get a normal vet.

Back to Petsmart though, they have a wide selection of good items. The reason I don't give them a higher rating is because there aren't high quality foods (wellness, prarie, wysong, etc). The staff isn't really knowlegeable either. They are generally there to stock the shelves and check you out. But if you know what you want and it is a common item (collar, leash, bowls, etc) you will find it here. It is a huge warehouse like store.
