We took our dog there for a full service grooming!! Instead, they cut our dog with their clippers and he was bleeding and never told us! Luckly, I spotted the blood before we left! Also, they were to clean his ears, which they didn't do, and in fact our dog had an ear infection from last time we took him there because they failed to clean it before!! Again, they didn't tell us about that either!! To their credit, they refunded our money, but nonetheless, the vet bill was lots more!! They have inexperienced people working at the grooming dept, just look at them before you leave your dog (mostly high school and college kids)! Never take your dog there for grooming!! They are great for supplies and stuff, but not for grooming!! Caveat Emptor!!

This is our Favorite PetSmart!: For our new fish and our two dogs, This PetSmart has been more than helpful. They make owning pets easy! My wife and I visit here every weekend to get something for our pets!

Nice store: Petsmart is a nice store, but I am really bothered by the dead fish that they leave in the tanks. It only takes a few minutes for someone to walk by once an hour and check on them. Seeing the dead fish immediately makes me want to go somewhere else.

Petsmart is an awesome pet store! They have everything you need for most any pet you would have in your home. We make weekly visits there for fish plants, and usually have no problems getting someone to help us quickly. Pets are allowed into the stores while on their leashes, and the cat adoption room is a major plus. My kids love to go visit the kitties and its turned into a little weekly stop for us to see who's been adopted.

Petsmart is one of my favorite places to shop it, mainly because the dog can come with me. The staff, and even the customers, are very friendly and eager to assist. There is also a huge selection on all my pet supplies.
