well about Pets West, I don't wanna say that it is absolutely bad, they have some ok products, but the people there only care about profit it seems, not very friendly also. However I would rather go and do business with some other place... ...

Don't go here if you don't want to be told that things like nail caps are inhumane for cats (as an alternative to declawing). I can't believe the employees have the audacity to say things like that while they stand by puppies in small cages with outrageous prices and cats that come from breeders, as if there aren't enough cats that need homes in shelters. Their selection isn't very good for fish and aquarium supplies, or for dog and cat items. I'm very disappointed in this store and refuse to go their if their is any alternative.‎
