We find Pets Unlimited to have the kindest, nurturing, caring, animal loving people anywhere. The store is always clean. Animals well cared for. Products displayed as you would have them in your home. They are helpful, knowledgeable and caring people. If they can't help you with your concerns they will find out for you and call you back. They have some of the more exotic pets allowed by law. One of the few pet stores we have been in where you actually talk with the owners. Well worth visiting their store.

I have been a long time customer of this store and highly recommend it. Honestly I have never had a problem with either my fish or pets. I have bought around 100 fish, a cat, a bearded dragon, and plenty of odds and ends and have found this store to be more than worth while to go to. Their staff is very knowledgeable and, so far as I am concerned, has never let me down or given me wrong advice. I do not know if the other reviewer has been going here long, like she says, but I have spoken with hundreds of customers and never herd a bad review from them. If you read this maybe you should go to the store and see for yourselves. I always see clean facilities, healthy pets, and smiling sales people.

Remember; your pets are an extention of yourself. Take a look at pet stores before you take an online reviewer at that persons word. Sometimes there are bad experiences and just because one person might be mad doesnt mean the store is at fault....

I spent thousands of dollars on an emergency surgery because I already became attached to the animal. Other people who bought the pigs either have sick pigs, and someone's pig already died! My pig miraculously survived. Other animals that have been purchased there have also died - skunks, ferrets, etc. These people only care about making a profit! They sell animals way too young, do not have them checked my vets, the animals carry parasites, and they have no general or specialized knowledge on how to care for all these exotic animals. Buyers beware! You may think you are buying a healthy animal, get attached to it, and either watch it die or spend a lot of money trying to save it! They didn't care that my animal was dying. Not even a phone call to see how he was doing....They don't ...
