I've used a couple of groomers, but found Pets on a Cloud to be of a high standard for a fair price. My only complaint is they only take dogs upto 11am. This can be difficult during the week.
Would highly recomend them.

I had tried to bathe my naughty cats myself and they bit me, but they behaved perfectly for the Pets on a Cloud staff who even told me what good kitties I had. The staff explained that they bathed them together, which makes them less anxious.

I saw the bad review posted by LouiseMcLaughlin below when I was checking for Pets on a Cloud's phone number online and asked Joanne (the owner) about it today when I picked-up my dogs.
I don't know if this person really exists, but I find it hard to believe that they would do anything to distress an animal or give an animal back that was unfinished! While I don't have a cat, I have always found Joanne and the rest of the staff to have the highest standards in grooming and animal care .... Jo, I hope you read this and try and have the bad review removed (as you said) it doesn't make sense and looks like a rival groomer having a shot at you. Keep up the good work!

I can't believe these previous reviews. Yes I got in the next day. No appointments, your pet stays there all day and gets stressed out. I got my cat there first thing because I was afraid of that. I wanted a full cut so his hair was the length as on his head, knots cut out of chest, and his nails clipped. They were done with him in 45 min. I paid them. Took my cat home and looked at him. I don't know what I got for $40.00, he was BUTCHERED, nails NOT cut, knots NOT removed. I am very disappointed. NO THEY ARE NOT 10 TIMES BETTER THAN PREVIOUS OWN. She was a jewel and very proud of her work and took her time with the pets. Oh ya, I was quoted three different price from the time I called in to the time I went back to rectify. Sorry Pets on a Cloud, you don't pass my standards.

Under the new ownership Pets on a Cloud has improved 10 times what it used to be. Never would you call and be able to receive an appointment within the next two weeks never mind the next day. Now they cut my shitzu-(Munchkin) usually the next day, and the staff is so happy and friendly, and to top it all off the dog looks exactly like we have asked. Definately the greatest dog groomers in the Saint Cloud area--Thanks the Perez family.
