Never going back. Stay away if you love your dog!

Horrible customer service! Last time we took our 2 dogs to Pets are People Too Grooming they took almost 8 hours for a simple bath and nail trim. When we were finally able to pick up our dogs, I asked when they were last taken outside to find out if I should let them visit the grass before getting in the car. They told me that they don't walk the dogs during the time they are there b/c its a liability issue. 8 hours in a cage and no bathroom breaks!!

Because Pets are People Too Grooming is so close to our house we decided to try them one more time today. In order to prevent our dogs from staying there all day with no bathroom breaks we called last week, a full week ahead of time, to schedule a Saturday morning quick visit. When I got there at 9:30am this morning to drop them off we were told that even though we made our appointment last week that they wouldn't be able to finish our dogs until 6pm. WHAT?! When I mentioned it was an appointment set up a week ago and not a walk in they simple told me "Yea, our scheduling doesn't work like that. It's first come first serve and other people dropped their dogs off already." What a joke. Why even do appointments if people that walk in can trump the appointments? The worst part was the fact that she utterly did not care one bit that I was upset and she had more of the attitude of "We don't care if we lose one customer b/c we are busy anyways."

The worst part? She was absolutely ready to take my dog to the back to sit in a cage until 6pm, with zero concern for the fact she would be in there for 9+ hours. It never even crossed her mind to tell me to come back later in the day to avoid the extreme amount of cage time. Then again, with these idiotic scheduling procedures, if my dog isn't there that probably means anyone willing to let their dog sit in a cage for 9 hours would get in the queue ahead of ours.

We will find a new groomer that cares about us and our dogs rather than just making quick money.

We got a dog there that was not approved of by their vet. We were heartbroken but took the dog back and they gave us a FULL REFUND.
They are very reputable and very caring.
I love their accessories and will always buy things there for our dog.
We ended up getting a dog elsewhere but would not hesitate to get a dog there again

I have been using this place for prabably 12 years now and am good friends with one of the owners, Donna. Pets well being is their top priority, many times I have needed something for my dog(s) and she has given me the best advice, even if it meant her not making as much money. Only recently did she start selling teacup and miniature dogs and I must say I have never seen more well cared for dogs at a pet store then here. There are several people watching over the puppies and every one of their desires is met. I don't think I will ever use another groomer, and if i buy another dog I will get it from them.

Ok first of all I only selected one star because I wasnt able to select zero. What a dissapointment. I came in with my dog not too long ago and the groomer cut my doggie's eye! No one knows how hurt I was. I cried so much and all they did was make poor excuses for their actions. My dogs eye was cut open hello! The owner Sandra needs to get an education on how to treat people. However its hards to teach individuals a personality and she obviously doesn't have it. Not to mention she treats her staff like crap. In each others face their nice and when one of them walks away they tend to spread rumors about one another. They apparently don't realize how bad that is for business. In the end they never even offered any type of compensation. I will NEVER subject my poor little one to an imbecil like that again! And I hope that no one else does either.
