Between myself and my young adult daughters, I have sent eight cats to petsalive, all on separate occasions. Each kitty has returned home alert, healthy, and happy, and each one has received special care. For example, in one of those cases, the veterinarian called me before surgery to discuss requested procedures. In another case, the cat developed unforseen complications several days following the surgery; when I called the emergency number on the post-operative paperwork--during emergency hours--a team immediately came to the clinic to examine and treat him, sending him home with medications. The surgical team and the office staff are very professional and I will continue to recommend this clinic to anyone.‎

I've used Pets Alive's services three times. The first time was a complete bust as the cat had a bad reaction to the anesthetic and was sent home. The biggest issue with that was that they did not contact me at all. You'd think they would contact the pet owner if it is in a bad situation. The second two times went very well. The cats (both spayed) came home with very clean incision sites and healed up very quickly. When we took the first cat to a full service vet for her spaying Pets Alive readily provided her records to the vet for anesthetic dosages and whatnot. Four stars for the price, but not five due to communication problems.‎

I took my male cat here to be fixed and they butchered him! He came home a bloody mess! I had to pay $70 at another vet for them to fix what Pets Alive messed up! He was sent home with blood all over his rear end and significant swelling and brusing! He had to be glued and needed a shot for pain and swelling as well as take home medicine! I will NEVER EVER bring ANY animal to them!!!! They offered no explanation other than they suggested me to put ice on it and it would be better!! This is insaine! They are not looking out for the animal just mass butcherings of peoples beloved pets!!!‎
