I have frequented several Pete's Fresh Markets. The fruits, vegetables and poultry are outstanding. Last week, one of my purchases was the fugi apples. They were excellently priced and my son stated they were the best he had tasted in years. The stores are always clean and the service is great. Pete's is the best fresh market store in Chicago. The store on 42nd Pulaski is my absolute favorite.

Ive never been to a store that was so expensive and also smelled by the meat department. I will never go back again.

This is a nice grocery store in Chicago. They sell mostly fresh items at an affordable price. Though their organic section is paltry, but I have found many basic stuff that I generally care about ( like carrots etc). They generally carry some fresh fish as well as regular fresh vegetables.
