Excellent service from Marc Le Bas by Eric P. at InsiderPages
I bought my BMW from Peter Pan which was a reasonably tolerable process given I had to deal with a car salesman, but the real great experience came in using them to service the car. In particular, make sure you get Marc Le Bas as your service representative. Marc knows the cars and the service process at BMW inside out. He knows how to get things taken care of for you and helps get you a loaner car or rental when needed. Just a great guy who managed to turn a negative (having to bring my car in for a repair) into a positive experience.
